Return and Exchange Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Excel Sports has a 60 day return policy. Credit will be issued when product is returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION and PACKAGING.
To return or exchange an item, simply fill out the back of your Excel Sports invoice indicating if you need a refund or exchange and return this with the item(s) you want refunded or exchanged. Download a printable version of the return form in case you cannot locate your original invoice.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is not required

Return shipping charges will be refunded if items are shipped in error by Excel Sports. Shipping will not be refunded on items ordered in error by the customer.
If you have recieved an item from Excel Sports and believe it has a manufacturers defect, we will do all the ground work for you. Excel Sports will deal with the transaction and the manufacturer.
The first step of a warranty is for you to send the product back to us for inspection so we can assess the problem and defect to make sure the item will be covered under the manufacturers warranty policy. We cannot determine if a item is defective without seeing it first. When returning an item that you believe is defective, you will need to fill out this form and include it with the product being returned.
Tubular Tires may not be returned once they are glued. Food, including Bars, Gels and Drink Mix may not be returned, even if unopened.
