- Visit Excelsports.com, select items for purchase, place in shopping cart and proceed to Check Out.
- Proceed through Steps 1 and 2 of the 3 step Check Out process.
- On Step 3, fill out credit card information and enter Gift Certificate Number and Numeric Password - this information is on your gift certificate.
Via Telephone
- Call Excel Sports and place order with Salesperson.
- During payment portion of the sale, inform salesperson you would like to redeem your Gift Certificate.
- Give Salesperson Gift Certificate Number and Numeric Password - this information is on your gift certificate.
Checking Gift Certificate Balance
- Use this link to get to Gift Certificate Balance.
- Enter Gift Certificate Number and Numeric password to view balance.
- If your Gift Certificate date is previous to March 21st, 2003 there is no numeric password. To complete your order via the web; at the end of your order in the comments section, please specify the Gift Certificate number and amount. We will confirm your order with an e-mail shortly after you place your order. Or call our helpful sales staff at 800-444-6737.
- Gift Certificate amount will be applied to order. If the amount of Certificate is greater than sum of order, you will receive credit and kept on file for future orders (see below). If the amount of the order is greater than sum of Certificate, your Credit Card will be charged the difference.
