The Fizik Ares Kium rail TT saddle was developed by working closely with the top time trialists of the professional peloton who unequivocally love this saddle. In fact, the prototype version was used to win the U.S. national time trial championship. It short 24cm length provide increased stability and comfort when riding in the time trial position. The 4cm wide nose contains 12mm of special padding giving loads of comfort even with the Ares's low-profile good looks. It has durable microtex cover that is washable and fade resistant. Special Kium alloy rails are lighter than titanium.

    Still too much padding. Fizik is notorious for putting too much padding on their saddles. I believe less is better.
