Prior to the introduction of the STI shift/brake lever, Shimano refined and near perfected the standard brake lever. Shimano Linear Response (SLR) design features spring-loaded levers that offer superb lever feel and snappy action with both road brake calipers and cantilevers. R-600, Ultegra-quality levers have polished, anatomical brake blades and soft grip hoods that are comfortable to operate. Full brake cableset included. Multiple applications for these levers include use with TT, Tri, townie, fixie and cyclocross single ring bike setups.
