Fantastic picture of Italy's first Tour de France winner, Octavio Bottecchia man-handling the Col du Galibier with his teammate in 1924. Looking at the two riders and the hearty spectators that dealt with the conditions and temps to come watch them, give us a unique insight into the sport of cycling from that era.
