It is designed to feed your muscles protein for recovery and rebuild fibers by delivering 20 grams of soy and nut protein. There are no trans fats or hydrogenated oils, they really are entirely natural. Since the Clif Bar company got started as a bakery, it's no surprise that the Builder bar is as tasty as much as it is good for you. It's a crispy, dipped, double decker bar that is full of yummy goodness.
