Nice upgrade for your Shimano Hollowtech outboard bottom bracket. After a short, and we mean short break in period, these bearings spin super smooth. Enduro ceramic balls roll on hardened steel races. The balls are 7 times harder than steel, so they last far longer. The ceramic balls are also rounder which is the reason they spin so effortlessly. The high precision steel races are cryogenically treated three times - they are far superior to standard steel races. Installation is easy with the Enduro Press - or any good local shop can do the procedure in minutes.

Applications are numerous - more durable, so they are perfect for winter training and cyclocross. Or they spin smoother so they are a great choice for your race steed. Either way, they are a winner!

    This was an easy upgrade with the bearing press and makes a big improvement. I’ve ridden them about 1500 miles and have noticed no drop in performance. Ceramic bearings are the way to go, no question, and these are excellent.
