The PC-1 Nickel chain is the same as the PC 1 chain with an upgraded finish for a few dollars more. The Nickel finish has a silver appearance, reduces friction, cleans up nicely and gives a quality look. Heavy duty steel construction and quality bushings hold up to all kinds of abuse. Excellent choice for a fixed gear or economical track bike. Other applications could be for single speed mountain bikes and cruisers. Snap lock connector included.

During the last 12,000 miles (less than 2 years cycling) I have used three of these chains. Each chain was cleaned and lubed thoroughly after each ride. Rides generally done in dry conditions. In short, a good chain if not much cycling is done and it is maintained after each ride. Have moved onto a super tough track chain that is much more expensive.
