Anyone who has ever thrown a leg over a Cyclocross bike knows how paramount traction can be and hard to find in a tire design. In fact, in some cases you are forced to choose between a fast rolling road-like tire or a grippy off road design made for traction. If you need the latter, the Crosswolf may be a good choice for you. The constant center tread performs well on hardpack while the aggressive side tread really grips the ground on loose and off camber terrain. Stability and traction on moist , wet and loose soil is where the Crosswolf comes to life.

The Aramid bead is light, durable and easy to mount on 700c hoops. The DNA rubber compound does a nice job keeping the rubber attached to the terrain and adds longevity to the tire life. At 370 grams the weight is reasonable. For the proper terrain and application, the Crosswolf is an excellent choice.
