Avid introduced this Organic compound pad for all Juicy and the BB-7 calipers to improve modulation and grip. They are far quieter than the stock Metallic pads as well. They do not last quite as long as the Metallic pads in wet conditions, but do have good longevity. For any performance orientated rider, these pads are a great upgrade. Steel back plate is durable.

Long arms make installing these a snap. Quick and relatively inexpensive way to upgrade your brakes.
