Road    Groups

We understand that putting together an entire Di2 component group from ground up can be a daunting(read: expensive) task, so we put together this upgrade kit to offer you the essential components needed to upgrade your current bike to Di2. In short, these are the core Di2 parts to be installed while using your existing crankset, bottom bracket and brake calipers. Shimano claims that the system is optimized for use with a 7900 crankset due to the stiffness of the chainrings, we have found it works well with all high-end SRAM and Shimano 10 speed cranksets.

When Di2 was first introduced a few seasons back, there were plenty of riders and staff members that had a wait and see approach. Let's face it, electronic shifting systems have been tried before and failed. After time and history with these components in our shop and witnessing them being raced heavily by pro teams in both Europe and here in the US, Di2 has proven itself to be reliable and to work day in and day out without issue.

Effortless shifting up and down the cassette, best front shifting to date and a self trimming front derailleur are some of the things you can expect from this fantastic group of components. Considering what your are getting for the price, we may even consider it a value.

We sell this kit with the Di2 medium rear wire kit. If you prefer the short or medium size kit, please specify in the comments section of the order during checkout.
