The HL-EL135 now comes with the new Cat Eye patent pending Flex-Tight bracket. It is a totally user friendly, tool-free system that makes installation a snap. The Flex tight bracket fits standard or oversize handlebars from 22.2mm to 31.8mm diameter. It retro-fits most Cat Eye headlights and is reusable.
