    This stuff is the best if you’re like me who sweats a ton. I used to be severely affected by cramps after 2+ hour rides here in the hot and humid Ohio Valley. Since finding the Heed, those days are gone. Plus it has a great, not to sweet taste. I’ve tried them all and this works the best...highly recommended.
