Campagnolo's Hyperon One Clincher wheelset features a full-carbon rim for a super-low 1380 gram overall weigh making these the ideal set of climbing wheels. The featherweight Hyperon Clinchers use a 21mm profile front rim and 23mm rear for the perfect balance of strength and ride quality.

Campagnolo now molds the Hyperon rim so it is dynamically balanced. This means extra smoothness and no speed wobble even at high speeds. Included with the wheels are Campagnolo's newest brake pads which increases braking performance by about 40% on wet surfaces and 20% on dry surfaces without increasing the wear and tear on the pad. The included wheel bags help to protect your wheels and have a convenient storage pouch on the inside of the bag.

Alloy hubs with alloy axles help to keep the overall weight very low. An oversize drive-side flange helps to provide increased rigidity and stiffness for sprints and hill climbs. Quality steel bearing are adjusted with a proven cup and cone system. This makes for easy ball/bearing adjustment and reduces possible for ball bearing play. Precision adjustment can be maintained over the life of the wheel.

Campagnolo uses 24 spokes on the rear laced 2x drive and radial non-drive. The front has 22 spokes laced radially. The bladed spokes are black anodized steel with an anti-rotation system meaning the profile of the spoke is always in the most aerodynamic position.
