These replacement heel pads fit all pre-2009 Sidi shoes and some current models. Depending on how old your Sidis are - the small plastic post may need to be clipped or ground off. Not to be confused with the Millennium 3 heel pads - the Millennium 2 pads do not have the v-notch at the gray pad base.
