Our goal with this complete bike was to bring together 3 components - a high quality carbon frame, Shimano's Di2/7900 group and great value. While doing this it was important to have a good parts pick for the components - a solid wheelset with good rubber, as well as a quality bar, stem and saddle. The idea is to deliver a bike with no compromises due to a poor selection of parts aimed at keeping the price down.
The Ridley Noah RS is stunning to look at, but beneath the surface we see quality construction and smart engineering. Carbon tubes are constructed from oversized HM carbon fiber tubes with a full carbon fork painted to match. The fork has Ridley's R-Flow technology for decreased drag and added stiffness. Ridley fashioned a proprietary aero seatpost to match the frame.
For the component pick you get straight up Di2 with the remaining components being 7900 - no skimping - it's all Dura-Ace, including the cassette. Wheel duty is taken care of with Mavic's tried and true Ksyrium Elites and Continental Gran Prix 4000s rubber. Ritchey WCS wet alloy bar, WCS wet white alloy stem and WCS Streem Ti saddle round out the package.
It may be hard for some to associate the word value with a bike in this price range, however when you consider what you are getting for the money, there is a lot of bang for the buck. We dare you to find a complete bike that is built with a frame of this caliber with Di2, full Dura-Ace and top end components anywhere near this price range.
