20 vents provide plenty of ventilation for optimal cooling. There is the familiar dial style adjustment which offer a large adjustment range and micro clicks for a precise fit. Three adjustment settings allow the retention system to cradle the back of the head perfectly. One of the significant contributors to comfort is the pad system which covers the first two-thirds of the helmet shell. The adjustable straps and buckle are light weight, comfortable and nicely made. The is even a removable visor included for those who like a visor and visor port covers when the visor is not in use.

I have had Specialized, Bell and Giro helmets and I have never had a helmet that fit as nicely as this Mavic. An absolute surprise I put it on and immediately felt at home in it.
