The SwissStop RacePro Yellow King brake pads feature brand new pad design with improved performance, smooth feel, better wet weather braking, and longer lifespan. The Yellow King compound is specifically made for carbon rims but also works well on aluminum braking surfaces. They are compatible with 2000 and newer Campagnolo® and Zero Gravity® brakes and have the void on the back for use with the 2011 11-speed systems that allow for the brake pad retention spring/clip.

The goal of SwissStop is to optimize the physical design and performance of the brake pad. They reached their goal though rigorous testing by several leading wheel manufacturers, professional riders and EN standards lab in Germany.

    Good pads. Sorry, but customer service is fantastic here at Excel, in fact they are the best bar none. Sounds like the dissatisfied reviewer has a bad case of buyers remorse?

    I ordered these to use with my Campagnolo Hyperons after realizing I left behind my Campy carbon pads. I found them to be much quieter, less squealing, and more effective at braking than the Campagnolo pads which came with the wheels.

    I went through several sets of these on different bikes and was happy with performance until got a defective pad that virtually disintegrated within a matter of weeks. Company representative said they would warranty it, but replacement never came and my calls and emails were never returned. Have since gone to Koolstop pads and am happy with their performance.

    Pros: Good stopping power on carbon rims.

    Cons: Horrible customer service.
