    I didn't think there was an item for under 20 bucks that would make a a big difference like the ESI grips have. They are wonderful! I adjusted to them right away and they not only absorb shock ,but they also reduce fatigue in the fingers and forearms.Worth the money.

    Pros: comfort , reduces fatigue , cheap upgrade

    Cons: can get slippery when wet, not a issue with gloves
