The folks at Continental bill these rims strips as 'Easy Tape' and that is exactly what it is. Easy to install and use. No adhesive backing, no cutting and measuring. Simply unravel the tape from the packaging and snap it into place on the rim.

The 18mm width covers the valve holes and the material is extremely cut resistant. The strips are not to thick, so installing tires is far easier then when using thicker style tapes -think cloth tape. Sold in pairs, so one package will be enough for 2 rims.
