What could be better in a mountain shoe than high end features and styling at an affordable price? The Mavic Rush mountain shoe features a glass fiber enhanced nylon sole for good power transfer and just the right stiffness. One of the nicest features of the Rush is the Contagrip® lugged outsoles. They have a unique combination of a proprietary rubber compound, tread geometry and density for better grip than comparable mountain shoes.

Part of the success story of Mavic's blossoming shoe line is a comfortable, supportive fit that is so good it borders on surprising. A mesh and synthetic upper gives the Rush lightweight breathability plus updated looks. Mavic uses a Ergo 3D EVA foam padded tongue that places padding where it is needed for breathable comfort. Mavic includes their Ergo Fit 2 density pre-shaped insole with vibration dampening foam and high density heel cradle plus an Agion™ anti-microbial treatment to minimize odors. Secure retention is accomplished with the proven Ergo Lite low profile buckle and two Velcro straps. An injected rubber toe protector protects the toe.
