The PowerTap SLC+ wireless rear hub built with a DTRR465 rim and spokes is ideal for the serious competitor interested in taking race data without sacrificing performance. Power data from actual races is critical to analyzing performance and designing a training program to address weaknesses. The light weight of the PowerTap SLC+ allows it to be built into a race wheel with virtually no weight penalty. The precision ceramic bearings let the hub roll virtually friction-free with extremely low drag.

This wheel comes with everything required to view, download and store ride data as well as onboard analysis of ride data. The included Electro Pack displays and records speed, power, heart rate, cadence, energy expenditure, distance and time during a ride and then allows it to be downloaded to PowerAgent software for post-ride analysis.

The wheel is hand built by our DT certified wheel builders in Boulder, Colorado. Hand built wheels have a perfect ride quality and are easy to repair because they use regular DT spokes that are widely available.
