The Serie A Jacket design is almost identical to the SC-12 jacket in terms of materials construct. The difference between the two garments is style. The Serie A takes a simple monochromatic panel approach. Being a basic looking jacket is what makes it so fashion forward. If you have good taste and style, show it by understating it.

For the body of the jacket the Capo-specific Element 4 multi-layer fabric is used. This magical fabric combines all-way stretch with minimal weight and is wind and water proof. For insulation Capo designers choose Thermo Roubaix micro fiber fleece. The special fleece has a hollow core for superb heat trapping ability. The garment is made with anatomic panels and natural bends so it fits like a second skin on the bike, void of sagging and limp material.

Capo calls the Serie A a mid-weight garment. This means it falls somewhere between jacket and jersey. It can be considered the lightest jacket or the warmest long sleeve jersey you own.
