The HR function has never worked properly. Replaced batteries, used coupling gel, tried everything and the HR function is nothing more than a random number generator. As well, the head unit will not go into sleep mode so I have replaced the batteries 3 times in 6 months. Each time requires reprogramming the head unit which is a hassle. Not impressed with this unit whatsoever.
Pros: Small, easy to set up
Cons: HR monitor function is poor
