    To be sure, we are all different riders, with differing body chemistries. For me, First Endurance products WORK. I personally like First Endurance EFS Energy Drink Mix during my rides -- it kicks out the unwanted lactic acid and let’s me ride on for many miles strong on my 60 mile route -- and I’m 55 years old. As for finishing up my rides, nothing comes even close to First Endurance Ultragen Recovery Drink for rejuvenating my muscles -- great for those back-to-back centuries (like the great TOSERV ride in Ohio each mother’s day -- check out Columbus Outdoor Pursuits on the Net and join us next season for the largest two-day citizens ride in the USA -- 210 miles, two day event).     As an employee of Excel Sports, I have easy access to all the nutrition and supplement products we offer. I’ve tried the full gamut of recovery drinks and I’m stuck on Ultragen. It tastes like dessert and mixes better than any other recovery drink. The huge dose of glucose per serving makes it a little sweet, but Ultragen is alwasy easy to digest and I feel great afterwards. I’ve been impressed with all of the other products from First Endurance, as well.
