Budget constraints aside, the PRO Vibe Carbon is one of the best stems we currently offer. It has all the elements of a contemporary performance component. Simply put, it is light, stiff and durable. The Vibe has a simple and unique clamping mechanism called Puzzle Clamp that offers both improved stiffness and less stress on the handlebar. The Puzzle Clamp design hooks over the small reveal on the stem body and then fastens close with the two bolts located on the bottom of the clamp. Every possible area of the face plate has been relieved for added weight reduction. The outside of the plate has the familiar V shape which is brushed for good looks and adds contrast to the rest of the stem body. The body is triangular in shape which again adds stiffness and not weight. And that sums up the PRO approach with the Vibe Carbon Stem - adding stiffness without adding weight and in terms of the face clamp, it adds stiffness while reducing weight.

Construction of the body is UD Carbon which should last many seasons of abuse without issue. This material is pretty resistant to scratching and cleans up nice. Dampening properties of UD are unmatched by any material now available on the market. 2 bolts secure the stem to your steerer tube. The face clamp is a standard 31.8mm diameter and is available in the industry standard -10/80° rise option only.
