This quality 50 Lumen rechargeable tail light with four settings and runtimes of 4 to 20 hours depending on the setting. It can be attached with an included clip or strap mount so you can put it in a variety of locations including seat post, bag, clothing, or rack.
The four settings include a high pulse with 6 hours of run time or low pulse with 12 hours of run time. The steady mode has 4 hours of run time and there is a even a "paceline" mode with 20 hours of run time that is easier on the eyes for the cyclists immediately around you. A four level charge indicator goes from green to a half moon red so you know exactly how much juice is left. Included in the box are the tail light, charging cable, strap mount and clip mount.

You get 3 things in the box - the light, a micro USB charging cable and one clamp. The description above makes it seem like this light comes with 2 clamps. It doesn't. It comes with one clamp - a strap clamp. It does not include a screw clamp but I agree with the previous review that it should have one, especially considering the price. Love the light. Hate the clamp.

This light WILL allow you to be seen day or night. It is retina-searing. Looking directly at this light is akin to looking at the sun (don't do that). 4 modes to choose from: High Pulse, Low Pulse, Steady and Paceline. It's hard for me to distinguish between High and Low Pulse modes (both are very bright and seem to pulse at about the same rate) but Steady mode and Paceline turns off the rear-facing red tail light and only shows a blinking amber light that faces to the rear but also shows on each side of the unit which is a nice feature I haven't seen on many other tail lights. The design is intuitive and straightforward. My only beef with the unit is the clamp. For what you pay, there ought to be a screw clamp included for a cleaner look and more permanence if desired. The release from the clip also isn't ideal and could use a tip from some other, less expensive tail lights. A

Just to be clear...Steady mode on this tail light is what it sounds like...steady red light facing to the rear (very bright). Not sure how it happened but my original comments/review got clipped (I think I typed bad). 4 stars for this product. Thank you Excel Sports!
