The MILLE GTC Lowenkralle Jacket C2 is Assos most versatile thermal, wind-blocking and water-repellent shell, that also happens to self-store as a handlebar bag. It has been engineered for rides beyond the tarmac, but can also be used for a wet daily commute. When you need them, lightweight insulation and water repellency are critical to maintaining total comfort on the bike. In the Lowenkralle , we engineered a solution to ensure you’ll never be without them. The main fabric, our new PAVE rip-stop woven textile, provides a comfortable, versatile barrier against water, wind, and abrasion. When not needed, the Lowenkralle stows in its own water-repellent pocket and mounts on the bar, ready to deploy when conditions require.

The front section is made of two main fabrics, both of which are new Assos textiles: The PAVE ripstop fabric keeps out wind and water, protects against abrasions from branches or thorns on the side of the trail, and can withstand the heavy load of gravel touring. The micro 3D structure of the BREATH fabric promotes breathability and moisture wicking in strategic areas. The back is made of Type.OF11, which is extremely elastic. This allows an elegant fit to be maintained. The sleeves are composed of RX EVO Light material, which offers lightweight insulation and a body-hugging cut.

The pieces stows in its own zippered pocket made of water-repellent Push Pull textile that can be attached to the handlebar and features reflective details on the forearms of the jacket, the elastic band on the back and the handlebar bag, you can be sure that the Lowenkralle will be seen even better in low light conditions.
