Tested in the toughest winter weather, the UMA GT Ultraz Winter Jacket EVO delivers maximum warmth and protection, with an update from the previous version. At the wind-facing front and upper back panels, the product team used the well proven NEOS Light textile, a superlight 3L softshell with PU bonded membrane that’s water-resistant and 100% windproof, to ensure this element-facing section of your upper body remains fully protected from snow, rain, road spray, biting winds, and low temperatures. The designers then turned up the heat by mating this Light membrane with the highly insulating, breathable brushed RX Heavy Assos fleece on the interior, ensuring your core remains warm and bone dry.
The thinner NEOS Ultra makes up the sleeves and it is deployed in the two-layer twinDeck construction, complemented with an insulating 652.RX treatment on the interior for added protection and comfort. At the cuff, you’ll notice these two materials aren’t sewn together, which lets your gloves seamlessly integrate between the layers for streamlined comfort. Specific to the women’s version in this EVO edition, the full back panel is made with the 3-layer NEOS Medium for added warmth. The integrated face mask has also been updated for added protection, now featuring a blend of NEOS Ultra and RX Heavy.
