The wedges are reversible so they can be used either in the right or left shoe. In The Shoe Wedges are quick and easy to use. They are also a viable alternative when cleat wedges may not be the best choice with your pedal system. The In The Shoe Wedges fill in volume if your shoe are loose fitting.
