Ultra-compact mini pumps now far outstrip the performance of last generation mini-pumps, but are designed to be lightweight and save space. Great for emergencies, the dual-chamber design delivers more air per stroke than one would expect, but 160 psi would take some strong, fit arms. However, 80-110 psi for a typical 700x23 or 25 tire in under 3 minutes is more than reasonable.
