Campagnolo's EPS Non-Standard Battery Holder allows for the mounting of the EPS battery (Power Unit) under the bottom bracket or beneath the saddle. It will require the use of the EPS BB Cable Kit (CY0304) or EPS Seat Cable Kit (CY0305). In short, if your frame has mounts on the frame beneath the BB of you are going to mount the battery below the saddle, this is the mount you will need.
