It's a small aluminum component with a fixing bolt, machined to Cervelo's specifications for a precise fit in the fork leg.

Compatibility spans all Cervelo disc brake equipped frames from 2016 to current, covering the R3, R5, S3, S5, Caledonia, Caledonia-5, Soloist, P5, and P-Series models. The insert uses M12x1.5 threading to match Cervelo's standard lever-style thru-axle (part number QRA-LVR-F).
