Description
The brain trust at Chris King have come up with a numeric naming system to classify the many conversion kits they offer to make your preferred crankset compatible with your current Chris King Pressfit 30 bottom bracket. This is Conversion Kit #5 and is designed to make a Chris King Pressfit 30 bottom bracket compatible with a SRAM GXP crankset.
The inner lip of the adapter is designed specifically to fit the proprietary 33.3mm inner diameter of a Chris King Pressfit 30 bearing. It is not compatible with non-Chris King Pressfit 30 bottom brackets.
Material and construction is machined Delrin. It's selected for being lightweight and durable, but also because Delrin is less likely to creak. Installation is a simple and toolless procedure. Remove the standard Pressfit 30 adapters that came with the Chris King Pressfit 30 bottom bracket, then line up these adapters to the bearings, and snap in the adapters with your fingers.
