The front protective panels that deal with the elements are constructed from the medium weight Super Roubaix Carbon fleeced fabric. This is one of the best fabrics we have seen produced for a cold weather garment. It starts with a base of Super Roubaix which is an engineered fleece micro filament material with hollow core strands. This composition gives quick transport of perspiration away from the skin while pulling and holding the body warmth against the interior. And that's the beauty of the push-pull effect. Carbon is woven into the strand matrix which makes Super Roubaix extremely super. The carbon element aids in controlling the stretch for proper muscle compression while assisting with expulsion of anti bacterial matter. Super Roubaix AZ fabric is used in the rear panel to improve exterior ventilation and fit. It's a perfect match for Super Roubaix Carbon front with the idea being protection in the front and breathability in the rear. Reflective seams add some low profile styling and high profile visibility. The uppers are constructed from a front panels of Giordana's AeroFix fabric and heavily vented Naxos Mesh rear panel. Laser cut suspenders are supportive, yet never noticed.

In the nether region of the bib tight resides the Cirro OF seat pad. It is hand made in Giordana's Italian factory at low heat so they do not compromise material and fabric integrity. The Cirro is a three piece pad, each purpose driven. The top is a skin care layer that has Aloe Vera particles integrated into each tread during manufacturing. This allows for the ultimate in anti-bacterial protection and soothing relief during efforts on the bike. Below the top skin care layer is a 4mm waffled memory foam insert. The waffled pattern allows for heat dissipation and moisture movement. The bottom layer is made of a 8mm of open cell foam that has a smaller diameter than the layer above it and serves to support critical areas of your body. The very center of the pad is void of this open cell foam to provide the ultimate in prostate relief. The entire seat pad and all of its layers is highly elastic, so binding and chafing is practically non-existent. The Cirro OF pad is supportive and comfortable for all day affairs, but is also light and low profile leaving the rider with a very natural sensation between the body and saddle.
