DeFeet Slipstream D-Logo Shoe Covers
The Slipstream shoe covers have been polular amongst cyclist for some time now. They offer lightweight insulation on chilly days with protection during mild weather. Their easy to put on and remove and are completely packable.
As you would except from DeFeet, the construction is bomber. The body of the shoe cover is made from 60% DuPont Cordura for maximum durability against the rigors of cycling and being handled. The remainder is made of Nylon and Lycra for fit through proper stretch and return. The bottom of the Slipstreams have a cutting guide to help you make a clean incision for removal of some material to provide proper fitment of pedal and cleat. The 4" cuff is plenty tall to give you a small amount of shin protection and can be pulled up even higher for coverage of taller socks.

Good Cover..Not for winter but great for fall.

Much like the discontinued Defeet thermeator sock, the slipstream blocks wind and cool air down to 40F. If treated well it will last a couple of seasons.
