Sold at a discount off a build that lists well into five figures, this Dogma F served as a show and demonstration bike — set up for display and never ridden — which is exactly where the value sits, since it arrives with a full factory warranty on both frame and components. Pinarello designed the Dogma F around a single premise: one frame for every stage, from flat time gaps to Alpine finales. Rather than splitting its lineup into separate climbing and aero platforms, Pinarello committed to a unified race bike — developed alongside Ineos Grenadiers — that adds up to a claimed 0.2 per cent decrease in CdA and a 108g claimed frameset weight saving . The frame, fork, seatpost, and integrated handlebar all contribute to that reduction, and the new Toray M40X carbon construction is claimed to have a 53 GPa tensile strength advantage concentrated at the bottom bracket junction where lateral stiffness has the most direct effect on power transfer.

Pinarello reshaped the down tube to reduce frontal thickness and rotated it 3.5° to create a keel shape that improves the aerodynamic performance of the bottom bracket area by 1.2% . The head tube nose shape, first introduced on the Dogma F8 in 2014, has evolved again, reducing the volume and width of the nose area by 8mm to improve frontal aero penetration. That change required an innovative elliptical steering tube and a completely new headset using bearings of a different diameter, wider on the bottom and narrower at the top . The thru-axle inserts are in-moulded into both dropouts, invisible from the outside faces, which enables the brand to use shorter thru-axles and reduce weight. Tire clearance grows to 30mm rubber , up from 28mm on the outgoing model.

The revised Onda fork retains Pinarello's signature wave-shaped legs but arrives slimmer, and the rake has increased from 43mm to 47mm to improve stability at high speeds — a change developed with direct rider feedback from the Ineos Grenadiers squad. The seatpost clamp has been reduced in size and is now fully integrated inside the seat tube, which reduces weight and limits the amount of dust and sweat that can get inside. Combined with the MOST Talon Ultra Fast integrated cockpit, which introduces a wider 7-degree flare on the drops with the tops canted further inward for a more aerodynamic position , the entire front end is both lighter and more aerodynamic than the previous generation.
