Pinarello's approach with the Dogma F has always been to resist splitting the race bike category into aero and climbing subcategories. The geometry stays race-oriented across 11 frame sizes, with Flatback truncated airfoil tube profiles on the down tube, top tube, and fork blades. Asymmetric chainstay and seatstay construction balances the torsional load from the drivetrain side, addressing power transfer without adding material uniformly. The 3D-printed titanium seat clamp, produced through selective laser melting, reduces weight at a location where traditional hardware carried unnecessary grams. Pinarello claims a 12% increase in bottom bracket stiffness over the F12, achieved through redesigned tube junctions in the BB area.

The down tube uses a concave profile designed to manage airflow around water bottles, while the head tube carries Pinarello's narrow nose shape, first introduced on the Dogma F8 in 2014 and further refined here. The frame's fully integrated front end uses a round steerer and is compatible with the Most Talon Ultra Light integrated cockpit, though the cockpit is not included with this frameset. Wind tunnel and CFD development targeted measurable reductions in frontal drag across a range of yaw angles. Pinarello claims the Dogma F rim brake is 3.2% more aerodynamic than the preceding F12 rim brake, translating to a claimed 1.3 watts saved at 40 kph.

This is the generation of Dogma F that debuted in 2021 and carried INEOS Grenadiers through the 2022, 2023, and 2024 seasons, built on T1100 1K carbon with a round steerer tube and the original TiCR routing architecture. INEOS Grenadiers famously ran the rim brake Dogma F at the Tour de France in 2021 and continued to race on rim brakes even as the disc version became available to consumers.

Tire clearance accommodates up to 28mm measured width. The frameset ships with the Dogma F aero seatpost and headset. The seatpost shares its profile with both the Dogma F and Dogma X, so replacement or upgrade options exist within Pinarello's ecosystem.
