Description
The X5 featured here is a demo bike, with few to no miles. There may be a few small cosmetic blemishes, but it is in perfect working order. There is a scuff on the top of the left seatstay where it attaches to the seat tube. This blem is cosmetic only and does not affect structural integrity. This factory authorized sale on the X5 comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Pinarello's X5 brings the brand's racing pedigree to a frame engineered for long days rather than short, sharp efforts. The Endurance+ geometry raises the stack and shortens the reach relative to the F-Series, putting the rider in a position that holds up over four-, five-, and six-hour rides without forcing a stretched-out racing posture. The asymmetric frame design — the same principle that defines every modern Pinarello — accounts for the uneven loads created by drivetrain forces, with reinforcement biased to the drive side to keep the rear end balanced under power.
The frame is built from Toray T700 UD carbon fiber, a layup chosen for its balance of low weight, stiffness, and vibration dampening . X-Stays — Pinarello's redesigned rear triangle — absorb vibration while preserving the lightweight frame and reactive bottom bracket stiffness . Tire clearance runs up to 35mm, opening the door to wider rubber for rougher tarmac, light gravel detours, or simply more comfort on broken pavement .
