The PRO Tharsis XC Flat Top Bar is one such option. This 720mm UD carbon bar is race-light at 162 grams, yet is grooved and drilled to keep your Di2 E-Tube wires out of harms way. Done properly, the set-up is incredibly clean looking as well.

PRO is owned and somewhat integrated with Shimano, so the specifics and requirements for Di2 wire placement was never a mystery.
