The Shimano SH-R320 takes the highly successful R315 to the next level. A Dynalast sole and upper secures the foot in the ideal position for an efficient upstroke. The included heat moldable insole works with the new Dynalast sole to deliver more arch support which was a slight weakness of the R315. A carbon fiber reinforce ergonomic heel cap secures the heel in place for better riding efficiency.

Weight is reduce to 470 grams for a size 40 thanks to a lighter upper and sole. Shimano retains stiffness with a hollow channel sole design. Cleat adjustment has been enhanced with 11mm more fore and aft adjustability compared to the R315.

The R320 has a very secure and comfortable fit. The two offset Velcro straps provide even closure pressure and the ratcheting buckle is very easy to fine tune to the perfect tension. A Custom Fit vacuum forming process is used to custom fit the upper and insole conforming the R320 to the foot like a luxury sock. The heat moldable Thermo-form plastic infused upper panels enable the shoe to conform perfectly to a wide variety of foot shapes. Specifically, the thermo form upper panels provide a precise heel rap and fit. The custom fit moldable insole forms itself to your foot to more evenly distribute pressure and increase comfort.
