What truly separates this from the EMT 9 is the addition of a chain breaker, which also has integrated spoke tool options. In other words, if you can actually fix a minor issue on the trail, the EMT 12 should have the tools you need.

The construction and material quality are excellent, with forged aluminum body plates and forged steel tool bits, which also have been nickel plated for corrosion resistance.
