Designed for all-around cycling use, the Specialized RBX Merino Jersey features their regular cut sizing, a soft feel on the skin, and just enough stretch in the knit to move freely on the body. The blend features polyester, dri-release® merino wool, and spandex. dri-release® is a merino product that is very effective in blended knits as it features FreshGuard® odor neutralizer, which prevents bad odors from attaching to the dri-release fibers. It is very effective, and also serves to help the wicking qualities of wool, as it is perspiration that carried such odors. Various dri-release® blends have been used for over 15 years and have been an important influence on the growth of Merino wool products.

Construction wise, the regular fit is generous, with stretch, but ideally fits close without constriction. It is desirable for the fabric to ride on the skin, allowing it to wick away excess sweat.
