The eTap system from SRAM features secondary shifting buttons called Blips. Blips can be stuck to a handlebar or aerobar, then taped over for a secure clean installation. But if you want to mount your Blips to a 31,8mm handlebar outside the taped section of the bar- close to the stem, say, for climbing, you will want this set of Blip Clamps.
