Front shifting on a mechanical SRAM road drivetrain lives or dies by the ramp and pin pattern on the outer ring and the tooth profile on the inner, and the SRAM Force 22 X-Glide 11-Speed Inner Chainring is the replacement piece for the low side of a 2x11 Force 22 or Red 22 setup. It uses SRAM's X-Glide tooth profile, 110mm BCD 5-bolt mounting, and aluminum construction, and it's designed to shift with the Yaw front derailleur that defined SRAM's mechanical 11-speed road groups.

Two sizes are covered here: the 34T that pairs with a 50T outer for the standard compact 50/34 combination, and the 36T that pairs with a 52T outer for the mid-compact 52/36. Both are cut for 11-speed chain spacing and matched to SRAM's recommended chainring pairings, so the ramp timing and shift gates on the outer ring line up with the tooth profile of the inner. Mixing outside those pairings tends to compromise front shift quality, which is why SRAM publishes the combinations as a set.

This is a Force 22 replacement ring, but the same part number also fits Red 22 cranksets — the inner rings are shared between the two tiers, with the price and material differences showing up more on the outer ring than the inner. If you're on a Force 22, Red 22, or S-2350 crank with a five-bolt 110mm BCD spider and you've worn out the small ring, hooked a couple of teeth, or want to change gearing between 34T and 36T without buying a full crankset, this is the direct swap. It is not compatible with the 8-bolt direct-mount AXS cranksets — those use a completely different mounting interface.
