Force D2 DUB 12-Speed Crankset
Size: 172.5mm-48-35T
Description
SRAM's Force D2 crankset represents the second-generation Force AXS design, updated in 2023 with integrated chainrings that were previously exclusive to Red. The one-piece chainring construction drops weight and increases stiffness compared to the traditional spider-and-bolted-ring approach used on the D1 generation, and it visually cleans up the driveside of the bike with a machined look and pearlescent graphics on gloss carbon.
The 13-tooth gap between chainrings pairs with wide-range cassettes to deliver smooth, accurate shifting , and it's the defining feature of SRAM's X-Range gearing philosophy across the AXS road lineup. Available chainring combinations include 46/33T, 48/35T, and 50/37T, letting you match gearing to terrain — the 46/33T works well for climbing-heavy routes and gravel, 48/35T splits the difference for mixed riding, and 50/37T gives you top-end for flat and rolling terrain when paired with a 10-33T or 10-36T cassette.
One compatibility note worth flagging before you buy: the 50/37T cannot be used with a Force D1 front derailleur without a shim and remounting . If you're upgrading from an earlier Force AXS group and moving to the largest chainring option, plan on pairing it with a D2 front derailleur or budget for the shim kit. The 46/33 and 48/35 options are more forgiving on older front derailleurs.... Read More
