Description

SRAM's Guide RSC disc brakes deliver performance almost too good to be true. Power, modulation and reliability have all been taken to new heights thanks to a complete redesign. We have been demoing a set of Guide brakes for several months of hard riding in Boulder, Colorado with no adjustments or bleeds required. If braking power, control and reliability are all high on your list, look no further than the Guide RSC brakes.

A four-piston caliper delivers effortless braking power for drastically reduced hand fatigue even on extended, rough downhills. Modulation is fantastic. Speed adjustments require a light touch and we found the braking is the perfect combination of power and control so you can aggressively brake much later in corners.

SwingLink technology means less deadband and more positive pad engagement. A new cam system requires less lever throw to push the pads toward the rotor. That's great, but there's more to perfect braking performance than just power. Many brake systems minimize deadband but at the cost of modulation. SwingLink solves that with its special cam shape. When the pads contact the rotor, power is modulated, avoiding that on/off brake feel. It's the perfect balance of power and precision.... Read More
