Tifosi has done as good a job as any eyewear company when it comes to crossover appeal but we consider the Seek FC best used for endurance sports. The dual lens design features a nose bridge that joins the two lenses, but then leaves the remainder of the top edge frame-free. Except for the nose bridge and arm mount, the Seek FC is essentially frameless without being a one-piece shield style offering. This ensures stiffness and strength not found in a model such as the Vogel 2.0. In staying to the Tifosi brand ethos, the Seek FC is lightweight, comfortable, stable, and cost effective while delivering the UV protection and optical clarity you require from all sunglasses.

The Seek FC features a sleek design and clean look with it's 42mm tall lens. This is an effective size for many cyclists, and about 10mm shorter than most similar models. Due to the clear field of view from most of the top to the bottom, and out to the sides, you get a substantial open viewing area. Tifosi uses polycarbonate lenses because the strong material is shatterproof and scratch resistant, all features crucial to a lens that essentially carries the "frame". The lens blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays and maintains optical clarity from Tifosi's decentering process.

The arms and lens mounts are made from a durable nylon, Grilamid TR-90, which has an extremely high bending strength and exceptional resistance to chemical and UV damage. The 128mm arms can be manipulated to fit your skull shape and have hydrophilic rubber sleeves to hold the Vogel 2.0 in place, even under heavy perspiration. The nose pieces are coated with the same rubber and prevent slipping, but also won't pinch your nose. The nose pieces are adjustable, just make sure you manipulate the extension and not the mount. At just 26 grams, the Seek FC is extremely light. Tifosi claims that this design fits Medium and Large facial structures. Certainly you will want to compare to current sunglasses to make sure the range works for you.

The Seek FC is ideal for road cycling and trial riding, and the VLT changing Fototec lens versions offer great flexibility of use. Fototec technology responds to UV light, so although it offers protection while driving a vehicle, the lens shade will not respond to light, as auto glass blocks UV rays.
