The Eroica Tubular tubular tire is the preferred choice amongst scores of riders who prefer dirt and cobbles to pavement. The tires features a supple 260tpi Corespun casing which contributes to high efficiency and very low rolling resistance. Its suppleness goes hand in hand with exceptional ride quality. The tire quickly adapts to changes in the ground creating a better quality contact with the riding surface. It also adds plenty of shock absorption as you pass over irregularities, bumps and washboard surfaces.

Other details include natural rubber made from locally-sourced rubber near the Challenge factory in Thailand. Not only is natural rubber more supple than synthetic rubber, the grip is far superior. The fine file tread is covers almost the entire crown of the tire which helps provide traction in adverse conditions. Challenge adds an extra layer of uniquely-crafted fabric with highly resistant properties sits between the casing and the tire to reduce the risk of punctures. This is known as a PPS or Puncture Protection Strip that prevents most punctures without adding much to the 360 gram weight.
