Established in 1988, Excel Sports has served cyclists throughout the world via our catalog and website. Located in the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains here in Boulder, Colorado we have served thousands of international customers and ship many international orders every month.

For first time international orders we require the information listed below for proper verification. This information may be scanned and emailed to us, or sent by fax to (303) 449-0176. Please make sure the photo and information transmitted by fax is clear and legible. We realize that few companies request this process, but we do everything we can to protect both the consumer, and our business, from fraud and identity theft.
- Copy of the credit card being used for the transaction.
- Copy of Passport or Photo Driver's License
Your credit card will be billed in US dollars and your credit card company will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate. Your local government will bill and collect from you any necessary customs and duty charges, if they apply. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. The carrier may also have brokerage fees you are responsible for.
Please be aware that we only utilize shipping options that we can trace. These are not always the least expensive options, but ensure faster service and some protection. With current international conditions, there can also be size, weight, or location restrictions for certain services. Our shipping charts cannot list all of these limitations, so if you have questions, please call or email us for a quote. We will need detailed order information (to determine size and weight), and your complete mailing address to develop an accurate quote.
